Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Shute, 93, of Richmond, passed away on Christmas Eve at Friends Fellowship Community.
   She was born on April 4, 1919 in Richmond to Fred and Maude Aikin Wickett.
   A burial ceremony will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2013, in the Earlham Mausoleum Chapel, with a memorial service planned for later in the Spring.

To The Family of Mary Shute
I recently retired from FriendsFellowship Community where she was a resident. Mary was a very dear person. I enjoyed visiting with her. Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one. I lost my father just after Thanksgiving and understand the grief you are experiencing. You will always have the memories of her and those will help you to cope. Martha Paul

I was one of Mary's care givers at Friends Fellowship and her husband Sam.She has a piece of my heart.Rest peacefully in the arms of Jesus Mary. I love you.
