Betty Brown

Mrs. Betty J. Brown, 95, formerly of Portage, passed away peacefully on Saturday morning, June 6, at her home in Williamsburg. Betty was born on November 19, 1930, in Gary, Indiana, to Robert & Iva Ferris Evert.

Betty was a homemaker. She was a wonderful wife of 75 years to Jack Brown and a loving mother and grandmother.

She will be deeply missed by her children, Sharon Baker, of Lakeland, FL; Daniel Brown, of Ocala, FL and Susan Ankarlo, of Williamsburg, IN; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 75 years, Jack L. Brown; four brothers and three sisters. Betty will be interred in Graceland Memorial Park in Valparaiso. Her family will celebrate her life at a later date.
