Beulah M. Kincaid

Mrs. Beulah M. Kincaid, 76, went to be with the Lord at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at Golden Living Center in Richmond.


She was born May 14, 1932 in Omar, West Virginia to Jesse Walden Wages and Viney Catherine Purvis Wages, both of whom preceded her in death. She married John N. Kincaid on January 3, 1948 and shared 58 years of marriage before his death on June 7, 2006. Mrs. Kincaid was a homemaker and a member of Gateway Vineyard Fellowship. She enjoyed reading her Bible and was a Sunday school teacher for several years. She hosted a diet club in her home for 20 years and enjoyed hosting big family gatherings as well. She enjoyed solving word search puzzles.


Mrs. Kincaid will be missed by her daughter, Janie Hollingsworth, of Richmond; a son and daughter-in-law, Garry and Jackie Kincaid, of Richmond; 4 grandchildren, Todd Kincaid, Ty Kincaid, Gary Lee Hollingsworth and Sheri Foust; 10 great-grandchildren, Taylor, Dalton, Levi, Kaleb, Angel, Robbie, Sara, Katie, Eli and Joshua; 2 brothers, Mark Wages of Richmond and Coleman Wages of New Madison, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews.


In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Kincaid was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Shannon Kincaid; 2 great-grandsons, Austin Lee Kincaid Sherrow and Dylan Reed Kincaid; a sister, Christol McKee and a brother, Paul Wages.


A funeral ceremony will be conducted by Pastor Chris Monaghan and Pastor Brett Karanovich at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, February 23 at the Smith & McQuiston Funeral Home, 321 US 27 South, Fountain City. Interment will follow in Glen Haven Memory Gardens.


Family and friends may gather for visitation from 2-5 P.M. on Sunday, February 22, at the funeral home.
