Blessed to have Bill as a Math teacher at Lynn and later as a Principal during my student teaching at Northeastern. Also worked with Bill and Ruth as a counselor at Charlevoix for the summer in 1967. It was my privilege to spend some time with them the last couple of years. They were always so kind and willing to share their friendship and stories about life and the family. May God's peace be with you as you mourn and celebrate Bill's homecoming.

I was a graduate of Randolph Southern in 1989 and had Mr. Townsend for computers, math, and drivers training. He was such a kind, soft-spoken man and an excellent teacher. I know he will be greatly missed. My prayers go out to all of you as i cannot imagine losing both parents months apart. May God bring you comfort, peace, and strength & may he surround you with his love. God bless you all. Tracie (Johnson) Ridgeway
