Robert L. “Bob†Juday, 58, passed away at his residence.
He was born June 5, 1954 in Warsaw, Indiana to Leon and Diane Chapple Juday. He had lived in the Richmond community since 1968 and was a 1972 graduate of Richmond High School.
Bob served Wayne County for many years. He was formerly a jail officer and later a deputy with the Sheriff’s Department. He also served as a Reserve Deputy and later performed building maintenance for the county. Bob had also formerly worked as a driver for Hutton Casket Company. He was a car buff most all of his life and formerly participated in bowling and pool leagues in the area.
Bob is survived by his parents and several aunts and cousins.
Bob was preceded in death by his brother, Bill, in 1974.
Graveside services for Bob will be conducted at 3:00 pm Wednesday, August 29, in Earlham Cemetery.
A memorial ceremony will be conducted at 11:00 am Thursday, August 30, at the Smith & McQuiston Funeral Home, 321 US 27 South, Fountain City.
