Oris Avon “Bonnie” See, 75, of Fountain City, passed away on Monday, March 10, at Reid Hospital.
   She was born on September 11, 1938 in Milton to Sam and Ruby Benford Harry. She had lived in the Fountain City community since 1971 and worked 21 years at Joseph H. Hill Co. before retiring in 1994. She enjoyed doing crafts and baking but was best known as the “Candy Lady” for making candy to share with her neighbors.  
   Bonnie will be missed by her husband, Bert See, whom she married on February 14, 1986; daughters, Sherma Pierson and Billie (Jon) Patterson; step-daughters, Debbie (Jerry) Culifer, Charlene (Jerry) James and Tracie (Emanuel) Wagoneka; sons, Don (Deb) Pierson and Brian (Kim) Pierson; step-sons, Donnie (Shari) Young and Troy (Loretta) See; 32 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Iona Howell and Carolyn Hunter; brothers, Bob, Wayne, Mike and John Harry; and several nieces and nephews.
   Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Mary Leach and Jeannette Bonwell; brothers, Bill Benford and Bud Harry.
   A visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, at the Smith & McQuiston Funeral Home, 321 US 27 South, Fountain City.
