Cecil R. "Lil Reg" Bryant

Cecil R. “Lil Reg” Bryant III, 58, of Richmond, passed away on Thursday, July 9. He was born on December 8, 1967, in Richmond, Indiana, the son of Cecil R., Jr. & Joyce A. Rogers Bryant. He attended Richmond High School and received a degree in Welding Technology from Hobart Institute of Welding Technology.

Reg was a jack-of-all-trades and worked in the construction industry. He enjoyed working with anything with an engine, building motorcycles and bicycles, and watching motor racing. Family time was very important to him

Reg will be missed by his father, Cecil R. “Big Reg” Bryant Jr.; daughters, Amy Richardson (Dylan Thompson), Amanda Bryant (Michael McClure), Olivia (Mark) Boyce and Misty (Brandon) Desonie; grandchildren, Kayden, Camren, Courtney, Carson, Connor, Scotland, Ireland, Kylee, McKinsey and Alyssa; great-granddaughter, Adeline, Everleigh, Brynlee and Atlee; brother, Christopher (Marietta) Bryant; sister, Tonya (Morgan) Waldon; sister-in-law, Nola Bryant; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and others.

Reg was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Bryant; wife, Angie Bryant; brother, Daniel Bryant; nephew, Austin Achilles Bryant; maternal grandparents, Harold & Geneva Rogers; paternal grandparents, Cecil R. Sr, & Theresa Bryant.

Visitation for Reg will be from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, at the Smith-McQuiston & Webster Funeral Home, 321 South US 27, Fountain City.

Services will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 17. Interment will follow in Willow Grove Cemetery.
