Born March 21, 1927 in Richmond, he was the daughter of Frank and Florence Huffard Dixon. She was a homemaker and former employee of Avco and Belden
Survivors include her daughters, Linda Martin, Richmond and Patty Michaels, Tuscon, Arizona.
