To the family of Donnie and his wonderful companion, Pat, you have my deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers.
Donnie was a great Brother in Law Enforcement and friend.
I'm so very THANKFUL to Joni and Jerry Williams for opening up their home for a little gathering a couple of years ago in which Donnie, Pat and I joined them to share some of our memories. That will always be a very SPECIAL time for me.
Fly high with the Angels Donnie and know that we will always miss you.

My condolences to the entire family. Donnie was my friend and neighbor growing up in Fountain City. He had impeccable manners, which I attribute to his mom who was the epitome of a lady. Donnie was involved in finding my brothers body when he was discovered in a ditch several days later. He was ever so patient to listen to my cries of grief and was wise to spare me some of the details. Donnie knew who I thought killed my brother and was calm and level-headed, always a good samaritan. I have only positive thoughts of him throughout his whole life; thats a good legacy.
