Earl Skinner, 70, formerly of the Fountain City area, passed away on Saturday, January 8 at Golden Living Center/Golden Rule in Richmond.
He was born April 18, 1940 in Richmond, Indiana to Blaine & Irene Lenora Kaucher Skinner and was a retired farmer.
Survivors include 1 sister, Reva Ingle, of Galesburg, Illinois; 2 sisters-in-law, Ruby Skinner, of Richmond and Stella Skinner, of Galesburg, Ilinois; and several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Cecil, John and James Skinner and 1 sister, Reba Stikeleather.
A graveside memorial ceremony will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 17, in Arba Cemetery in Arba, Indiana.
