It is with deep sorrow for me to have to post this tribute. Eric with the short time we had here together on this project that had a huge hunger to be a part of our Team Love. He was excellent fit and jelled well with the crew as for the many push ups he had to represent while on this project he took in stride the meaning of our team concept. Its been a tough couple days here at site as we can see him everywhere with smirk on his, a sharp nod of approval and that gotta go attitude that made him a welcomed face everyday on our crew. Personally man this is a tough one and has touched me in a manner like none other, my heart goes out to his Dad, and sister whom I met yesterday for this first time and appreciate the moment you gave me to express our respect for Eric. And to Terry who is also our righteous brother whom we love dearly. My message yesterday to the crew was that of salvation and that each team member realizes what that truely means for their own soul's but those in their family as well. REST IN PEACE OUR BROTHER ERIC. You brought a lot of joy to our team.

As a young member of Erics electrical crew, I benifitted greatly from Erics presence alone. His work ethic set an example for myself that I will always try to mimic. From that to daily one liners, Eric is dearly missed. Hearts are heavy this week in Columbus, Ohio. Despite only knowing him for a few months, I speak on behalf of our entire crew when I say he has a friend in us. Prayers go out to all friends and family of Eric during this trying time. Rest In Peace buddy.

I had the privlage of meeting Eric my first day on the job site In Columbus. Since the first day I met him he was always smiling. He was always happy and walking around with this glow of joy. He was one of the hardest working guys Iv ever had the chance to work with. I will always remember our talks about our common interest in t.v shows and how he would never spoil anything for me and make me watch the episodes before talking about what had happened. He was a great guy to have around on the job site, he truly will be missed and Im very thankful to have had the chance to meet such a remarkable man. Rest easy my friend.

Eric had a very infectious personality that touched everyone he came in contact with. He made the work days easier with his attitude and work ethic. I remember talking to him about his future and the things he wanted to get out of life and this job. He will truly be missed by everyone on our team and be fondly remembered as our brother.
