Gene Reed

   Glenn E. “Gene” Reed, 78, passed away on Wednesday, August 9 at Reid Health.

   He was born in Richmond, Indiana on August 2, 1945 to Glenn T. & June Hannah Kindley Reed. He and his wife, Georgia, formerly owned & operated the Tall Trees Campground near Modoc. Gene also owned & operated GER Construction. Gene enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

   Gene will be missed by his wife, the former Georgia R. Benge; daughters, Candy (Gary) and Angel (Matt); son, Anthony (Anisa); several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

   Gene was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson, Willem Thomas Eugene Reed.

   Gene requested that no services be held.
