Helen Nichols

   Helen Marie Nichols, 61, Richmond, formerly of Fountain City, passed away on Monday, November 7.

   She was born on September 25, 1961 to Douglas A. and Edith J. Lybarger Nichols. Helen grew up in Fountain City and was a 1979 graduate of Northeastern High School. Helen had formerly worked at Animal Kingdom and later for the Richmond State Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

   Helen will be missed by her son, Nicholas Heltzel; granddaughter, Molly Gard; sisters, Arline Fullerton and her husband, Al; and Sandy Collier; brother, Troy Nichols; brothers-in-law, Craig Owens and his wife, Paula; and Paul Cones; and several nieces & nephews.

   Helen was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bryan “Bean” Nichols; sisters, Cindy Owens and Sue Cones; and nephew, Christopher Fullerton.

   Services for Helen will be held privately at a later date.

   Memorial contributions are encouraged for the family.
