Jackie Kincaid

Jackie Kincaid, 79, of Richmond, passed away on Friday, April 18, at Reid Health.

Jackie was born on June 24, 1945 in Randolph County, Indiana to Kenneth A. & Oneda L. Mosier Hoober. She was active in 4-H in her youth and was a 1964 graduate of Richmond High School.

Jackie worked at Alcoa in Richmond. It was there that she met Garry Kincaid. They were married nearly 50 years ago on October 31, 1975. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and run around with Garry. She also enjoyed working in her flower gardens.

Jackie will be missed by her husband, Garry; sons, Todd Kincaid & his wife, Missy, and Ty Kincaid; grandchildren, Morgan Kincaid, Dalton Kincaid, Levi Kincaid, Kaleb Kincaid, Eli Kincaid, Jackson Kincaid and Gavin Kincaid; great-grandchildren, Kaisen Kincaid, Lincoln Kincaid and Julianna Kincaid; sisters, Peggy LeVault and Joyce Bagwell; brothers, Mike Hoober and Terry Hoober; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Shannon Kay Kincaid; brothers, Gordon Hoober and Timothy Hoober; sister, Florence Weist.

Jackie’s request was to be cremated and laid to rest with her daughter, Shannon.
