Mr. Keith Allen Brawley, 60, formerly of Fountain City, passed away on Thursday morning, January 15, at Majestic Care of Connersville.

Keith was born on October 13, 1965, in Winchester, Indiana to Merle Eugene & Joan Cleo Reece Brawley. Keith attended Northeastern High School. He formerly worked at Holthouse Furniture, Earlham College and Pedro’s Mexican Restaurant on Richmond’s east side.

Keith was a devout Christian. He loved the church and listening to gospel music. When better health permitted, Keith enjoyed camping and fishing.

Keith will be missed by his children, Becky Pyle, Jimmy Brawley and Carrie Brawley; 1 granddaughter and 1 grandson; his siblings, Paul Brawley & wife, Linda, Judith Brown & husband, Tony, Betty Uhl & husband, Brian, Richard Brawley & wife, Joanie, Davis Brawley & wife, Rose; and several nieces & nephews.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Joseph Lee “Joe” Brawley.

Keith’s family is grateful for the care he received at Majestic Care, as well as the assistance he was given by the staff at Achieva Resources.

A public funeral for Keith will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, at the Smith-McQuiston & Webster Funeral Home, 321 US 27 South, Fountain City. Entombment will follow in the Earlham Cemetery Mausoleum.

Memorial contributions are encouraged for Reid Hospice, 1100 Reid Parkway, Richmond, IN 47374.
