The world and NHS lost two great men this week when Mark and Dennis Moran left us. Sorry I missed Mark's services. Dennis' was almost like a little high school reunion. Lots of love to the family.

I started coming to Autumn Oaks about 7 years ago.  From the first time I met him he acted as if we knew him for years.  His wife and he made us feel welcome every year and we always had fun going hunting.  He will be greatly missed.  He has been on our prayer board at our Church here in NC for a long time.  I find solace in the fact that I know he is in a better place.

Our prayers and thoughts are with the family.  We had the privilege of knowing Mark when we lived in Williamsburg.  He was a kind and generous man who will be missed by all who knew him.

Our thoughts & prayers are w/the family. We are so sad to hear that Mark had passed. He was a good man,(in his words , "good people"),he said that a lot. He was my cuz, & my husband Tom's good friend, whom he met when Uncle Ralph lived on King Rd. yrs. ago. Mark was little then, he played w/ Tom's oldest son Darius, & Randy, & the rest of them. We both love him & miss him. Rest in peace Mark, no more pain.

I am having difficulty finding the right words to type.  (Imagine that)  Losing a husband after so many years, unimaginable, losing a son, it isn't supposed to be this way, losing a father, I can relate, losing a brother, I can relate,  I can only say, I am so glad we had a 2013 family reunion.

Hardly ever at a loss for words ..... Lyda
