Maurice N. “Oz†Ozbun, 73, passed away on Tuesday, July 8.
He was born in Williamsburg on February 10, 1941 to Elbert and Lucille Oler Ozbun. He lived most of his life in Fountain City and was formerly employed by York Casket Co. for 11 years. He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting and spending time in the great outdoors.
Oz will be missed by his wife, Susie, whom he married in December 1994; daughters, Shelley Meyer and Rhonda Ozbun; son, Jeremy Ozbun; brother, Mike Ozbun; three grandchildren and his buddy, Bandit.
Oz was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Melinda Ozbun and sister, Carolyn Paul.
Family & friends may gather for visitation from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, July 11, at the Smith & McQuiston Funeral Home, 321 US 27 South, Fountain City.
