So sorry to hear of Monte's passing. After my mother died, he handled the sale of our Winchester home. He not only was professional but caring and most helpful to my wife and me. May he rest in deserved peace.

Monte was a dear friend and he will be missed.  His dedication to the youth in the community was a huge part of his life. We first became acquainted with Monte when we helped him care for his father, during the last years of Sid's life.  We marveled at the sacrifice he made to care for Sid and his Grandfather, there were not many young men of his age that would have made the kind of sacrifice Monte did.
Monte was also an intrigral part of "The Close Encounters Club"  a Christian outreach to the youth of the community. He also loved Gospel Music and enjoyed singing whenever he had the opportunity to do so.
Our prayers are with his entire family at this difficult time.

I have known Monte since we were little kids. What a class act he was. One of the last truly good men. He will be sorely missed by his friends, and our community. Prayers and loving support to his family and friends.

My memories of Monte are many, one of which was him singing as he drove Rick and I around in his car, but the things I most think of was how Monte helped care for Rachel, Lester and Sid, getting them to appointments etc. while most kids his age were out doing what kids do.  He truly lead by example. Praying for the entire family during this difficult time.
