Nancy C. (Trew) Hill, age 74, from Winchester, went to be with her Savior and Lord and others who have gone on before her on August 13, 2013.  Nancy spent the last couple of years residing at Pine Knoll Rehabilitation Center in Winchester.
   Nancy was born October 18, 1938 to Millard and Ruby (Trotter) Trew in Cleveland, Tennessee.  Nancy moved to Lynn, Indiana in 1951where she attended Spartanburg High School.  Nancy met the love of her life, Vernie Hill, and they were married in June of 1955. Nancy helped farm for 17 years before working at the License Branch in Richmond and then finally working at Belden.  Nancy was very active at the churches she attended: Lynn Nazarene, Richmond First Church of the Nazarene and Winchester Nazarene.  Nancy loved to play the piano. She loved to sing as well and was a part of Sweet Adeline’s out of Richmond. Nancy also loved collecting Department 56 Christmas Houses, Barbie Dolls and glass.
   Nancy is survived by her daughter, Becky (Gary) Zornes, and two sons, David (Brenda) Hill and Tim Hill.  Nancy has 5 grandchildren, Stephanie Zornes, Josh Hill, Chasity Hill, Jessica (Justin) Adcock and Jacob Hill.  Nancy has 11 great-grandchildren. She is survived by her sister, Joyce McDonald; her brother, Bill Trew and a brother-in-law, Bill (Edith) Hill, several cousins, and nieces and nephews.
   Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, her in-laws, Walter and Irene Hill; her husband, Vernie Hill, and a brother-in-law, Charles McDonald.
   The family would like to thank Nancy's caregivers, Tracie Ridgeway and the Staff at Pine Knoll Rehabilitation Center for loving Nancy and taking such wonderful care of her for the last 3 years.  â€œThank you.”
