Neil Roark, Sr.

Neil Roark, Sr., 85, of Lynn, passed away on Thursday, December 16.

He was born on May 21, 1936 in Wayne County, Indiana to Joseph Barton “JB” and Opha May Mullens Roark. He was a graduate of Lynn High School.
Neil retired from Dana Corporation after 38 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren, woodworking and playing volleyball.
Neil will be missed by his wife of almost 53 years, the former Lynne Campbell, whom he married on January 3, 1969; sons, Keith Stewart, Clyde Stewart & wife, Susan, Kevin Stewart & wife, Stacey and Neil Roark, Jr. & wife, Tammy; daughters, Connie Taylor & husband, Charles and Carla Roark; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Tony Roark and Roy Roark; and several nieces & nephews.
Neil was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Lloyd, Reatha, Anna, Clyde, Chester, Herbert, Ethel, Bonnie, Finley, Fred, James, Barbara Jean, Nellie and Patricia.
Neil requested that no formal services be held for him.
