Norma Lou Harrison

   Norma Lou Harrison, 96, passed away March 3, 2023.

   She was one of two daughters of Walter and Mabel Schroeder of Fountain City, Indiana.

   Norma was an avid golfer and bridge player, playing in many tournaments in both endeavors.  In fact, Norma played in Bridge tournaments with the likes of Bill Gates and Warren Buffet and had achieved the status of Life Master of Bridge and was on her way to the next level by the time she retired from formal competition.  Before moving to Clearwater Norma attended Covenant United Methodist Church, in Daytona Beach, FL.  Norma was much loved by her family and friends and will be deeply missed.

   Norma was a loving mother of Steve (Mary) Harrison, Tim (Kathy) Harrison, and L. Len (Mary) Harrison; proud grandmother of 7 and great grandmother of 7. 

   Norma was predeceased by her loving husband of 65 years, Lawrence “Larry” Harrison and her sister Donna Belle Study.

   Visitation for Norma will be held from 10:00 a.m. – Noon on Saturday, June 24, at the Smith-McQuiston & Webster Funeral Home, 321 US 27 South, Fountain City. A memorial ceremony will be conducted at the funeral home beginning at Noon, followed by interment in Willow Grove Cemetery.
