Darrell
Please accept my condolences on the passing of your mother.  I will be unable to attend the calling or the funeral.  I have two unavoidable commitments on Tursday morning.
I don't know the circumstances of your mother's passing, however, sometimes it is a blessing.  I hope to see you sometime in the future, I know that funerals are the only time that we see family, how sad.
