Our deepest sympathies for the family.   We rejoice that god has released aunt Pat from the bondage of her broken body. I have a lot of fond memories of my Aunt Pat. The most cherished were centered around her cooking and feeding us while we did farm work.  Nothing could beat her pies. The real pleasure was sharing, eating and enjoying those pies with family, friends and neighbors. How she put up with the shenanigans of all the Gard and neighborhood  kids, I will never know.  However, she knew the magic of her pies would bring us together after a hard day of work or play.
