Richard Dale Bromagem, 49, of Losantville, formerly of Fountain City, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 26, at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio.
Richard was born on April 17, 1966 in Richmond, Indiana to Michael Dale and Martha Case Bromagem. Richard grew up in Fountain City and was a 1984 graduate of Northeastern High School. Richard served in the US Navy. He was a journeyman lineman with Henry County REMC.
Richard enjoyed fishing and hunting, spending time outdoors and competing in traditional archery events. He also enjoyed going to auctions and gardening.
Richard will be missed by his wife, the former Sue Mullins, whom he married on July 11, 1998; his daughters, Lindsay Allison and her husband, James III, and Jordan Bromagem; grandchildren, Riley Bromagem and Muna Robinson; step-son, Lucas Tout; his mother and step-father, Martha and Walter Sparks; sister, Lora Bromagem; half-brother, Chris Bromagem.
Richard was preceded in death by his father and half-brother, David Allen Bromagem, in 1979.
Richard will be remembered in a funeral ceremony at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, at the Smith & McQuiston Funeral Home, 321 US 27 South, Fountain City. Interment will follow in Willow Grove Cemetery.
Family & friends may gather for visitation from 3-7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, at the funeral home.
