Shelby was a wonderful mother and grandmother and played such an important part in the raising of our son, Alex.  She was a positive role model in so many ways and a great source of encouragement to all of her children and grandchildren.  Her strong Christian faith has helped each of us through difficult times. She was a true blessing to all who knew her and she will be sincerely missed by every one of us. Our cherished memories of her love and faithfulness will be one of her greatest gifts to family and friends alike.

Dale & all children - Doc & I were shocked and so sorry to hear about Shelby.  You have our deepest sympathy.  She was such a wonderful  person and friend.  We will miss her jokes and laughes - goodness knows we had many over the years, especially with our kids.  I will never forget the day David picked a few of her flowers along the side of the house and brought them to me.  If there is anything we can do, just let us know.  God bless.

My sincere sympathy to all of you.  Shelby was at Second National when I worked there in the early 60's.  She was always sincere and kind to all! Loved her beautiful smile!   Enjoyed talking with her whenever I would see her out shopping.  You are all in my prayers.

Dear Julie,

Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss.  I know you will miss your MOM so much.  I remember when we all went to Cincinnati together and had such fun. "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints."  No more suffering, no more pain, no more tears, no more hospitals.  She is safe in the arms of Jesus.  May you feel God's comfort and peace as your mourn her physical loss, but you know where she is and that her HOMEGOING is glorious.
