Steve formerly played on the softball team at First Church of Christ in Lynn, where he was a faithful member for over 50 years. He loved to share about being baptized at church camp by Bruce Templeton.
Steve enjoyed traveling, which provided him a favorite activity in “eating out”. His ability to memorize attractions at every highway exit helped guide his family to just the right restaurant. Steve visited 39 states including Alaska and Hawaii and sailed on two ocean cruises. Steve attended the JRDS Center for many years, where he was active in the Signing Choir. He showed cattle in 4-H and developed his skill as a bowler.
