Mrs. Susan Kay Norman, 70, of Fountain City, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, February 9.
She was born in Greenville, Ohio on September 17, 1947 to William Russell and Barbara Neighly Petersime. She was a 1965 graduate of Greenville High School.
Susan was a homemaker and stay-at-home Mom for her kids. She enjoyed spending her time with family and cooking for them. In her younger days, she enjoyed bowling.
Susan will be missed by her husband of 50 years, William R. Norman, Jr., whom she married on October 7, 1967; daughters, Stephanie Parks & her husband, Johnny; Stacy Shirley; son, Joe Norman & his wife, LeAnn; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, brothers, Jim Petersime & his wife, Shari, Lang Petersime, and David Petersime & his wife, Dorothy; and nieces & nephews.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents, son, James Richard Norman, and sisters Janie Bang and Sara Petersime.
At Susan’s request, no services are planned.
