Tuvyah Alexander Wooden passed away shortly after his birth on Friday, October 29, 2010 at IU Medical Center in Indianapolis.
He is survived by his parents, Deborah and Thadius Wooden, of Indianapolis; paternal grandparents, Rev. Ken and Judy Wooden, of Richmond; maternal grandmother, Teresa Herald, of Indianapolis; mater great-grandparents, Deborah and Reuben Miller, of Indianapolis.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 5 in Webster Cemetery.
